Below is a visual of the step by step process all new potential client's will go through. Our process was developed to meet the needs of succesfull individuals with over $1 million of investable assets.
Discovery Meeting
The discovery meeting takes place at our office and typically lasts about 90 minutes. It is a a very structured meeting that allows us to get to know you as a person and all of the things
that are important to you. The purpose of this meeting is to determine if there is a basis for moving forward and ultimately to identify where you are today, where you want to go and what are
the gaps.
Investment Plan Meeting
The Investment Plan meeting is held first because it addresses the number one concern of our clients'. At this meeting we will present you with a written investment plan that describes where you are currently, where you want to go and what the gaps are. We then use this information to provide reccomendations and solutions towards achieving those goals. This plan will serve as the road map that will enhance the probability of achieving everything that is important in your financial life. An investment plan will typically include these six important components:
- Long term needs, objectives and values
- Define an acceptable level of risk
- Time horizon expectation
- Rate of return objectives
- Invement methodology
- Implementation strategy
Mutual Commitment Meeting
The mutual committment meeting is a time for you to ask questions or voice concerns about your investment plan. Chances are if you have made it to this meeting and are pleased you will most likely become a client. This meeting is designed to gain a mutual commitment between you and our firm to help you achieve all that is most important to you. At this meeting we will have you execute all of the documents necessary to implement the investment plan
45 Day Follow-Up Meeting
The amount of paperwork that is generated when opening new accounts and transferring old accounts typically leaves people feeling overwhelmed following the implementation of the investment plan. We ask all of our client's to save the paperwork they receive and bring it to this meeting where we show you how to organize the paperwork accordingly.
Regular Progress Meeting
These meetings will likely be held on a regular basis to address new issues that may arise in your personal or professional lives. We will review your portfolio's performance relative to achieving long term goals.
